I get excited this time of year! Fall is definitely my favorite season.
What about you? How do you feel or what do you notice when we shift gears and change seasons?
I find that when summer turns to fall there seems to be permission to think about dressing warmer, staying inside more, and browsing through my delicious squash soup recipes.
I also thoroughly enjoy the slight shift to cooler days and the colors that pop out at Farmers Market.
How do you embrace the change of the season?
I do know from life experience that Resisting the change of seasons, the aging process, or what our bodies messages are doesn’t work.
It’s often true that we don’t listen, which means we have to learn the hard way. I can say that I have done that as well!
As I turn another year older, I am being guided to totally focus on messages of SELF-LOVE & GRATITUDE!
One of my students at Mount Madonna this past weekend kept saying, "Self-care is the new healthcare!"
Embodied Yoga is a path to accept what is each and every moment, so that we can come home to ourselves, which will bring peace and acceptance to all of life’s moving parts.
I am here to support you on your own personal journey of mindfulness, and personal evolution. Growing and evolving, just like the coming and going of each season.
How can you mindfully move through the change of seasons this fall?
Breath by breath….. Embrace the smells, colors, recipes, or favorite family outings that encourage you to dive into Fall Gracefully, fully, and mindfully.
How we do one thing is how we do everything!
